IDJ Agency is founded in March 2019 in the heart of Rotterdam in a building called Het Groothandels Gebouw where over 300 entrepreneurs are located most operating global.


The agency operates s as talent management.

We take care of communication with booking agents, model agents, long-term talent development and look at essential and peripheral matters within all cooperations. We build bridges and create a business network for our artists. We provide talent management but not for every artist. We like to work together with external MGMTs in various ways.

We always brainstorm with our artists, put proces into practice and take development for valuable whilst we look towards the future.
